Monthly Revenue Note
A short visual letter each month for the owner who is not on the floor, covering occupancy, rate, dining, and the weekdays that mattered.
Some owners live in another city. Some general managers want a second pair of eyes on the month before they walk into the owner’s call. The Monthly Revenue Note is a short set of pages: occupancy and ADR against the same month last year, the weekday pattern, dining contribution if you send the till, and two paragraphs on what the month actually did.
It is not a forecast factory and not a replacement for the night audit. It is a letter with charts, written after we receive the month’s extract. We send it by the tenth working day. If the extract arrives late, the note is late; we do not guess the last week.
The note assumes a briefing or a channel review has already taught us how your house files its nights. The first month includes a short setup. After that, the pages follow the same order so an owner can find the weekday chart without hunting.
From 650 GEL each month, with a three-month minimum. Cancel with thirty days’ notice after the minimum. We pause rather than invent figures if a month is missing.
