Channel Mix Review
A clear drawing of who actually sold the room nights, what each channel kept, and which weekday you sold too cheap to stay full.
Hotels in Tbilisi often discover that a proud occupancy figure is a stack of OTA nights on Tuesday and a handful of walk-ins on Friday. A Channel Mix Review takes the room-night file and splits it: your own site or telephone, the desk, each OTA you name, corporate, and the crew contracts that still arrive from the mountains and the sites.
Each slice carries its share of nights, the average rate that posted, and the commission or discount that never reached the till. We mark the weekdays where a portal filled the house at a rate the Friday guest would not have been offered. The review is short on purpose. It is meant to sit under the weekly forecast, not to replace a full Property Revenue Briefing.
We need a channel field in the extract. If nights are dumped into “other,” we will say so and stop until the field is usable. We do not log into your extranet or change parity. From 900 GEL. Ask for this review when the OTA invoice has started to feel like a second rent.
