Briefings
Briefings for the house
Each briefing starts from the night audit and the till, not from a borrowed slide. Choose the depth that matches the question on the floor this month.
We do not sell software. We read the numbers a hotel already produces, draw them so a general manager can see the week, and sit in the room while the rates for the next shoulder season are argued.
The flagship is the Property Revenue Briefing: rooms, dining, and channels on one set of pages. The shorter studies exist for houses that already know which question hurts — a harvest calendar, an OTA share that crept up, or a monthly note for an owner who lives abroad.

Property Revenue Briefing
A three-week reading of rooms, dining, and channels, drawn for the general manager and the owner who still signs the rates.
From 2,400 GEL · About three weeks

Seasonal Rate Study
Last year’s occupancy laid against the calendar you actually live with — festivals, harvest, and the empty shoulder — before you lock next year’s rates.
From 1,100 GEL · Ten to twelve days

Channel Mix Review
A clear drawing of who actually sold the room nights, what each channel kept, and which weekday you sold too cheap to stay full.
From 900 GEL · About one week

Monthly Revenue Note
A short visual letter each month for the owner who is not on the floor, covering occupancy, rate, dining, and the weekdays that mattered.
From 650 GEL each month · Sent by the tenth working day
