Refunds, deposits, and missed sessions
These terms apply to Property Revenue Briefings, Seasonal Rate Studies, Channel Mix Reviews, Monthly Revenue Notes, and working sessions commissioned from Compute Stackbase. They do not describe goods posted in the mail, software licences, or retail products, because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
A refund may apply when work has not started, when we cannot draw the charts named in the estimate because the extract cannot support them, or when we cancel a session and cannot offer a date within twenty-one days. A change of mind after the working session does not create a refund. Disagreement with a rate recommendation is not a defect in the briefing.
Timeframe
Write to hello@compute-stackbase.digital within fourteen days of the event you rely on (our cancellation, your cancellation, or our notice that the extract will not support the work). Requests after that window are considered only where Georgian law requires it.
Full refund
You receive the deposit back in full if you cancel in writing at least seven clear days before the agreed start of collection (the date in the estimate) and we have not yet opened your extract. You also receive the deposit back in full if we cancel and cannot rebook within twenty-one days, or if we decline the work because the file cannot be used and we have not begun drawing.
Partial refund
If you cancel fewer than seven days before collection starts, or after we have opened the extract but before the working session, we keep a reasonable charge for hours already spent at 90 GEL an hour, and return the unused remainder of the deposit. If the session is missed without notice, the deposit is not returned; a new session may be booked at half the original session value, quoted in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Time already spent reading an extract and drawing pages
- Bound copies already printed
- Travel booked for a property visit, billed at cost as named in the estimate
- A Monthly Revenue Note for a month whose extract we have already drawn
Process
Send the property name, the estimate date, and the reason to hello@compute-stackbase.digital, or telephone +995 32 555 7490. We confirm in writing within five working days whether a full or partial refund applies and the amount.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid us, within fourteen working days of our written confirmation. We do not refund in cash at the office. Currency is Georgian lari unless the original payment was agreed otherwise in the estimate.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a working session once, with at least five working days’ notice, at no extra fee, subject to our diary. A second change, or a change with less notice, is treated as a cancellation of that sitting and may be rebooked under the partial-refund rule. We may reschedule for illness or blocked roads; in that case your deposit stands and a new date is offered.
Deposits
Forty percent of the estimated fee holds the start date. The balance is due on the session day (or on issue of the first monthly note). Deposits are not a separate product; they are part of the fee.
No-shows
If the named people do not attend the session and we have travelled or reserved the Barnovi Street room, the sitting is treated as delivered for refund purposes. We will still leave the bound pages if they are ready. A replacement sitting is quoted separately.
Work already started
Once weekday charts exist in draft, the labour is incurred. You may stop the engagement; the refund is then only the unused remainder after hours and printing.
Materials
Paper, binding, and extra copies listed on the estimate are not taken back. We do not collect printed briefings from your property for credit.
Monthly notes
After the three-month minimum, you may cancel with thirty days’ notice. Notes already issued stay issued. A note we could not issue because the extract never arrived is not charged; we pause rather than invent a month.
