This notice describes how Compute Stackbase handles personal information collected through compute-stackbase.digital and through briefing work. It should be read with the cookies page.

Data controller

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional briefing choice, optional kind of house, optional preferred session date, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send. From commissioned work: business extracts you supply (occupancy, rates, channels, dining totals) and the names of the people who attend a working session.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site. We do not seek special categories of personal data. Please strip guest names, passport numbers, and similar details from extracts before you send them.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry details to reply, to prepare an estimate, and to arrange a session. We use extracts to draw the briefing you asked for. We keep a copy of the issued pages so we can answer the follow-up call. Legal bases under Georgian personal-data rules are your request for a step prior to a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate need to keep professional records.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep a note of the house for a later season. Confirmed briefing files are kept for five years after the working session, which matches how long an owner often returns with a follow-up question. Accounting records follow Georgian bookkeeping periods.

Who we share with

We do not sell contact lists. We may use a Georgian bank to receive a transfer, an accountant for our own books, and a printer in Tbilisi for bound copies. Each sees only what that task requires. If a court in Georgia lawfully requires a file, we comply.

International transfers

Our office and ordinary files stay in Georgia. Email may pass through mail systems outside Georgia. If that happens, we still treat the content under this notice. We do not send extracts to a marketing list abroad.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and, where the law allows, ask us to delete it or to restrict its use. You may object to our use of your details for a future estimate you no longer want. Send the request to hello@compute-stackbase.digital. We reply within one month unless the request is complex.

You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia if you believe we have mishandled your information.

Children

The site and the briefings are for adult hospitality operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

This notice is dated 19 August 2026. Material changes will appear on this page.
