What a briefing costs
Prices are in Georgian lari, quoted for a single house, and they move with the number of rooms, dining outlets, and the state of the extract. Nothing here is a monthly subscription.
Up to eighty rooms, one dining room, twelve months of extract, one working session.
Week-by-week occupancy against the calendar you actually keep. Half-day session.
Room nights by channel, posted rate, and commission. Two-hour session.
A short visual letter after each month’s extract. Three-month minimum.
A written estimate always precedes work. The starting figures above assume a complete extract, a single building, and a session in Tbilisi or within a day’s travel. We add for a second kitchen, a second house in the group, a channel history that was renamed halfway through the year, or a visit that needs an overnight.
Travel outside Tbilisi is billed at cost (fuel or tickets) and named in the estimate. Printed copies of the briefing are included. Extra bound copies are 25 GEL each.
Deposits are forty percent to hold the start date. The balance is due on the day of the working session, or on the first monthly note. We do not take card payments on this site. Transfer details are in the estimate.
If the extract cannot support a chart, we stop and say so before the second week. Time already spent on collection is billed at 90 GEL an hour against the deposit; unused deposit is returned under the refund page.
Ask for an estimate with the size of the house, the dining rooms, and whether last year’s file still has a channel column. That letter is free and usually goes out within two working days.
